  • We have a kickoff call to dig into your offer, audience, brand voice, and current messaging

  • You share access to the basics I need (docs, links, data, past materials)

  • I do a deep dive into your content, plus research into keywords, competitors, and industry trends

3. Strategy

Decide what we’re saying, who we’re saying it to, and what kind of action we want them to take.

  • I synthesize the research into a messaging direction

  • You get a simple strategy summary: key themes, positioning, proof points, voice notes, and page/asset flow

  • We do an alignment check so the writing phase moves fast (and stays on-target)

4. Drafting
